Exchange and Return Policy

  • Defective merchandise will be replaced at no charge up to 30 days of invoice date. Please contact us first for approval.
  • Returns for reason other than defective are subject to approval and will require a 20% restocking fee.
  • No return will be accepted without prior authorization.
  • Any package returned without authorization or past 30 days from receiving authorization will be refused.
  • All customized merchandise may not be returned for any reason unless defective.
  • Suits must have not been worn in water, and have to have the original tags still attached.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any and all items that have been improperly cared for or abused.
  • No returns or exchanges will been accepted past 30 days of the invoice date.
  • No Returns/Exchanges on Technical Racing Suits. All sales final on these items.
  • No Returns/Exchanges for any items in the Pool Equipment category.
